Cibus Tec 2026 opened on 27 October at Fiere di Parma with 1,300 exhibiting companies and brands from more than 35 countries, about 30 percent of them travelling from outside Italy. Organisers expect some 40,000 trade visitors and 3,000 international top buyers, while exhibitors are showing more than 450 technology innovations spanning processing, packaging and end-of-line automation. The four-day show runs to 30 October and hosts World Pasta Day for the first time.
