At Drinktec India and PackMach Asia Expo 2026, held in Mumbai from October 28 to 30, Spheretech Packaging India introduced a wet glue label applicator targeting large edible-oil packs in 15-kg metal tins and HDPE jars. The company estimates wet glue labels can cut labeling costs by about INR 2-2.5 per pack compared with sticker labels, a meaningful saving for plants running 40,000-50,000 tins per day. Spheretech is also exhibiting a servo-driven piston filling machine suited to dairy, chemicals, oils, lubricants and other free-flowing liquids.
