Oman Tank Terminal Company has entered Phase 1.4 of its Ras Markaz crude storage complex at Duqm, covering engineering, procurement and construction of eight tanks of 650,000 barrels each under the Trade Bridge package. The work adds 5.2 million barrels on top of the 26.7 million barrels commissioned in December 2022. Prequalification closed in August with Chinese, Omani and Singaporean contractors among the bidders, and the full five-phase park is budgeted at roughly USD 5.2 billion.
