Hangzhou Zhongya Machinery presented its BFCA aseptic blow-fill-cap monobloc at CBB 2026 in Shanghai, held 12-15 October. The flexible line covers output from 12,000 to 60,000 bottles per hour and handles both carbonated and still liquids in lightweight PET and PP containers from 100 ml to 1,250 ml. The machine took the aseptic filling equipment prize at the FBE Award 2026 and was also recognised by Zhejiang’s economy and information technology department as a first-of-its-kind domestic product. Zhongya says it holds more than 1,200 granted patents and serves over 1,000 customers across more than 50 countries.
