UK packaging line integrator Autopack has completed a second high-speed sauce packaging installation for P&B Foods, lifting the producer’s capacity to 200 bottles per minute. The turnkey line combines a bottle unscrambler, a rotary net-weight filler, a capper block and a rotary wraparound labeller, with load cells under each bottle pedestal dosing viscous sauces by weight rather than volume to cut product giveaway at speed. The project extends a partnership running since 2023 that has already delivered automation upgrades across the customer’s edible oil and sauce operations.
