A 500-million-yuan dairy processing project in Jinchang, Gansu province, has entered commercial operation after completing process optimisation, equipment commissioning and trial runs. Its filling hall is laid out for five high-speed automatic filling machines, two of which are already tuned and running in volume production. Designed annual throughput is 200,000 tonnes of dairy products and drinks, and the first batches are destined for Walmart stores across China.
