Chinese beverage maker Chengde Lulu says its new plant in Chun’an, Zhejiang province is expected to begin operating by late October 2026, featuring a flexible line that handles glass bottles, aluminum bottles and easy-open cans. The facility, built by subsidiary Lulu Plant-Based Beverage (Chun’an), passed construction completion inspections on October 16 and is designed for an annual capacity of 150,000 tonnes of beverages. A separate aseptic PET line is still undergoing sterility validation and is slated to come online in December 2026.
